There are three types of group training - general fitness, strength and conditioning, and skills/lessons. TERRIO offers all three at our state of the art facilities - The TERRIO EDGE in Bakersfield and The Fresno EDGE in Fresno. 1 on 1 Training is also offered by TERRIO. Court rentals are also available for groups and organizations at affordable prices.

General Fitness is general training for weight loss or overall fitness and toning and includes:
Flexible times and classes
Weight loss and body fat percentage management
Overall health and wellness
Creative and fun training for all levels and body types


Strength and Conditioning is for basically every sport and any type of athlete and includes:
A video evaluation that analyzes running form and overall strength and flexibility.
Improved running form, speed, agility and strength
Increased vertical, 40/60 yard dash, bench rep test, broad jump, and all combine goals
Managed weight gain/loss and body fat percentage
Training for all ages
Personalized work outs from basic core training to advanced Olympic lifting programs
Injury assessment and prevention


Skills/Lessons refers to sports-specific training for football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, and softball just to name a few and includes:
Private lessons
Group lessons of 3 or more athletes
30 and 60 minute sessions available
